@RajKnowles . What kind of Idiot are You ? He DIDN'T offer a Solution . Simply said there are TWO sides to the " Argument " , which is completely true . If vehicles got sold with " Tracking Devices " as mandatory fitment , there would be an underground industry in REMOVING THEM . AND EVERYONE WOULD USE THAT SERVICE ! Law abiding and Outlaw alike . Count on it . There ARE Two Sides to these situations . And in this particular " Chase " the Police didn't really need to initiate at all . The whole situation would NOT have happened .

Not ALWAYS necessarily true . As was said , the Police KNEW THIS PERSON , and there was a Personalised Plate involved . Pursuit was absolutely NOT essential in this instance . The Cop was " Playing Cowboy " in this case . So BOTH have accountability . If you have a " Runner " using Stolen Plates that don't match the Vehicle description , and they're fleeing a Robbery or some such , THAT is an ENTIRELY different scenario . Pursuit is 100% justified in that instance .
