There are limits to that " Feathering " . And in VERY HIGH winds , the whole windmill is in danger of just blowing over .

@pistonburner6448 . So , when the winds are Excessive , are there sufficient and adequate Heat-Sinks to prevent these " Brake Systems " from combusting ? An , even cursory , look at the structure would definitely say NO there aren't .
