  1. Stainless welds fine . As long as you are welding stainless TO it . Oh , and some Grades of stainless can still have a Magnetic signature . Just weak . Well Done Ray . PROPER mechanical service . Pipework was good so didn't need replacing so going AROUND the problem is Excellent .
