That was the ETERNAL Italian problem back at that time . Absolutely WONDERFUL designs , but construction QA was ATROCIOUS . Plus , I believe , Russian Steel . Did not help Rust issues at all . Also Italian ANYTHING from that Era had Terrible and unfathomable Electrics . Here in Australia Alfetta's were quite popular , despite being a bit Pricey . Never see one at All now . All rusted away I guess .
