  1. Special Air Service are probably better than either . Longest Tradition of all I think . They are ALL Top Shelf Professional Soldiers . Scenario would affect outcome every time . One group better at this , Other group better at that . Hand to Hand at close quarters I think Spetznaz would be toughest .
