  1. Agree that there is no Power Advantage to High grade fuel . However , the Engine will run Nicer and you MAY in fact get a slight improvement in economy . No guarantee there though . Ethanol mixed fuel has a couple of advantages . Ethanol actually has a Higher Octane rating than Gasoline/Petroleum . Also Alcohol added Fuel , Ethanol or Methanol , will keep Water out of the System . Whether condensation OR tainted fuel from Vendor . Ethanol is better because Methanol is slightly Corrosive during combustion .
