Aircraft is currently in a Barn somewhere , being dis-assembled , ultimately for Covert Export to an Antipathetic Foreign Interest .   4. There was a Mention in the Clip of Anti-Weapons Electronics . Incoming Missile Alert early enough and I think one of these has a Reasonable chance to turn out of the way , despite your valid BVR mention . That would obviate that the F-15's weren't where they SHOULD be , also . BTW .
