However , a Microwave really only has ONE power output . It uses an internal Timer to vary the intensity . High setting , OK Full Zap . Warm (lowest) for keeping a Pre-cooked Dinner warm , Zap tor a second and a half then Rest for 40-50 seconds . Works great . What we are talking about here is an Extremely Low Output Microwave Grid , BUT , PERMANENT . Never stops . EVER . There very much COULD be repercussions from that ! Agreed . Non-Ionizing Radiation . Nonetheless LIKELY to heat ANY water , anywhere in range slightly AND KEEPS DOING SO . Forever after . This really COULD be a Problem . Research should have been done , otherwise this could come back to Bite us HARD .
