  1. I would deem it Unwise to allow the U.S. to own 100% of the " Built Infrastructure " to come . A Healthy 45% ownership , Fine , but Ukraine should have the CONTROLLING interest in said Infrastructure . Certainly , the U.S. can have a 50/50 split on Net Profits , by all means , for providing the " Venture Capital " to get the ball rolling . But UKRAINE should OWN what is on THEIR Territory . Too many other Countries have made this mistake with the U.S. before , and are Paying for it to this day . " U.S. interests Abroad " . And THIS particular " Version " is the Least Trustworthy one there has EVER BEEN .
