Australia Scrapped Sales tax quite a while ago . We now use " Goods and Services " Tax , Flat 10% across the board . UK = VAT . A Year is LINEAR time keeping , so 16th Day of the 9th Month of the Year of our Lord 2021 : 16/09/2021 , makes more sense . Why start in the middle ?
