I pray to God they do not make the mistake this bananarepublic of turdeauland made with legal/illegal immigration. If they remove the prerequisite of learning Russia that will not encourage integration, or the respect and appreciation of how special Russia is. Too many leave the country they are unhappy with, then conplain about the new country and expect it to change for them
