  6.  @gerrycoogan6544 I can only bumble through baby books in French and my pronunciation is poor. Three of our four adult children went through the French Catholic School Board (not immersion), from Junior Kindergarten to post Secondary. It took a lot of work, but well worth the effort as parents. It truly has benefited their Careers. I wish I was bilingual

  7.  @gerrycoogan6544 That is excellent I will always regret not learning Gaelic when I had the chance. As I mentioned my maternal Grandfather was born in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis and it was his mother tongue. He didn't arrive here until after the 1st world war.He continued to speak it to his siblings, and close friends. We lived with my Grandparents for several years, but he passed away after 5 years, sadly. Your not the only one that feels like a dummy 🤣🤣
