  3. lue630 Food trucks have good food, but they stick with the tried and true. Taco trucks stick with many old school Mexican favorites, same goes with Jamaican food trucks and their beef patties, coco bread, and jerk recipes. It isn't disrespectful, but it is the expected standard. If you want the tried and true,  these trucks often are notable for dishing out the favorites.

  4. lue630 I don't know, a lot of the episodes is just chefs coming back to home base liquored up and fucking around in the kitchen, whipping up some beer munchies. I don't think much artistic creativity is part of this process, just taking care of business.
