19:00 Yes men are in large part responsible for the integrity of their relationship and the behavior of their women (more so than women are responsible). This is an RP concept, they agree with you. The complaint that they have is that our current culture and legal system empowers and incentivizes poor behavior among women and disempowers men to correct it. Wife behaving poorly in marriage? Too bad she'll do what she wants and if you protest she'll leave and take half of everything you own, your kids, and take alimony and childcare and be celebrated for it.
