  1. It's debatable the cheaper cost of Indian workers outweighs their shoddy work low productivity, leftism, low social trust, anti-meritocratic practices etc.... One only has to look to India or Canada to see how Indian "elites" would run things. But for the sake of argument assume it is true. You still have the issue of DEI. The explicit policy of all our institutions government, education, corporate, etc... is to discriminate against white men and to hand other ethnic groups major advantages in every aspect imaginable.

They come from a genetic/cultural background of a caste system. Where if your ethnic group doesn't participate in the negative sum game of locking other groups out your own institution will be taken over and you will be locked out.
