I can only speak for my district, but its not really the cooks. As a matter of fact, they don't really "cook" food. Most of it comes pre-packaged and just needs to be warmed up. If anything, we would need a major overhaul of our food services. My mom works in the cafeteria at a local school. She likes the job, but is disgusted by a lot of the 'food' that they serve. Not only is the food terrible, but there is a disgusting amount of waste.
