  1. Yes. Once you're over 18, its impossible to learn anything computer related. In all seriousness, you're still young dude. I'm just a year older than you and still learning a lot of IT related concepts. I'm not trying to be rude, but your age doesn't really matter. As long as you're dedicated to learning and practicing, you will be fine.
