  1. I'm sure there are videos on that, but I don't know any in particular. Most routers have a way to see what devices are connected to it and if it is on wifi or Ethernet.

  2. You'll probably want to look at the higher level jobs like network administration, servers, cyber security, etc. Depending on where you work and your specific job, you may still work with some end-users, but most likely not to the extent as in a help desk/technician level role.
