@budzillah7194 I had a 2001 Ford Taurus with the Vulcan engine with 214k miles on it before I gave it to some family members in Mexico. I put about 30k miles in the 3.5 years I owned it and it was a very reliable car. It wasn't fast or powerful, but reliable which was good enough for me. The only major problem I had with it was the water pump that went out on me as I was driving home from school. No engine damage (luckily), and it wasn't too hard to replace the pump.
