  1. I have a 22 WRX M/T base model. I'm not an expert at driving manual, but I'm proficient enough to where I don't stall the car very much. I think the hardest part for me was understanding how to shift in this car. It did feel different than when I was practicing on my brother's Mazda 3 hatchback. But I think I'm starting to understand it. I've had the car for just over 3 months and so far I love it. I think i've put just under 2k miles on it. It is fun to drive around the back roads. And it is definitely more fun to drive than my 2005 Ford Taurus with a less than stellar transmission.
