  1. Its more or less the overall same concept. Main difference is that mobile devices use an SoC (System on a Chip). That means that things like the CPU, RAM, and other components into a single physical chip.

  3. You can think of the GPU as the "brain" of graphics. Its similar to the CPU, but for graphics.

  5. Computers are very logical machines. To effectively dive into CS, you will need a very logical mindset. You ahve to be able to see things from a bird's eye view as well as at a granular view. You also want to look into computer engineering to understand the hardware.

  7. I think if Microsoft and the other companies involved can make it work as well as Apple has with the M chips, I think they have a pretty good chance.
