  1. Yep. Anyone who has worked in IT support knows exactly that certain people are incapable of following a super simple, step-by-step guide. I learned that rather quickly working in a help desk during distance learning at a school district. You can tell them, click the blue "Yes" button and they'll click the red "No" button and wonder why it doesn't work.

  2. They did have a similar issue I believe several months ago but I think it was on a much smaller scale. I think you were affected only if you have the setting to allow access to your camera remotely enabled.

  3. Its not difficult to do if you know what you're doing. Most non-tech savvy people will have absolutely no idea what a "firewall" is or what a "VLAN" is, let alone how to configure all that. Not saying you're wrong, but its just impractical for the majority of non tech savvy folks to do.
