  1. lol. My dad has a 1990 454 ss truck. He was saying it got about 11 mpg on the hwy. I know gas was cheaper in the 90s, but I can't imagine how much he spent on gas on the 4,000+ mile journey he took down to Mexico and back when he got married. That's one of the reasons he's had it stored in the garage for just over 18 years.
