  1. I don't know about you, but walking outside when it is 115 F (46 C for the rest of the world) is not particularly pleasant or healthy. I do agree that walking is of great benefit for your health and the all that stuff. That's great. It just doesn't work all the time.

  2.  @NiekNooijens  But do you walk 5km when its 46 c outside? I agree that walking is great for many things. It is not pleasant at all being outside in that heat walking.
