  3. No explanation of where these people live...small town, big city, expensive coastal town, a place where everyone wants to live so you are competing with tons of highly skilled people??? It goes on and on...if it's not working in a city that you live in, move it's the American way, I don't know why young people don't even attempt to move other places??? When I was 22 I left my state that I grew up in to a state that had a great economy.

Lets see property insurance has gone up 60% in the last 2 years, property taxes (depending on where you live) on average has gone up double digit amounts, way above inflation....last tenant I had did over $3000 worth of damage with only a $1000 damage deposit....some of this is the tenant some of it is the sheer cost of construction materials costs which have gone up 42% since 2019....
