Brexit has been a bloody disaster. Yet more costs and more red tape. Let's all give Nigel Farage a big pat on the back, eh?
21
Another has been…… is this Recycle TV?
14
Lycett’s piss take was bloody hilarious. I expect the Daily Mail will want to cancel him now. Right wing hypocrisy's always the most brazen.
12
Tories do this week in week out spackers…..wakey wakey
11
Is it because Sunak ‘is not really grounded in our culture’ according to regular GBNews contributor Philip Starkey? What do GB News viewers think?
10
Utter nonsense
10
Thing is she’s not British. She’s used to far more professional policing in the US.
10
Oh dear……more Brexit ‘benefits’. And ARM left UK last week blaming Brexit in part.
9
Question for GB News: Why do you never mention the vast levels of Non EU immigration? Priti Patel admitted 480,000 in just 24 months - presumably they use GP’s ? Seems a massive oversight…..good for multicultural enrichment though I suppose.
9
Widdicombe is stark raving bonkers. Dolan’s perfect ‘expert commentator’.
9
So will the privateers pick up the pieces and deliver to the tories' rural shires do we think?
9
He and Truss made it clear that this was a disincentive for reinvestment even when BP publicly announced the opposite. Johnson’s now revising his position …..or lying as the rest of us call it.
8
I blame piss poor lefty Brexit Hone secretaries
8
I’ve got stakes in commercial property lettings…..you should get back onto the overpacked trains and gridlocked roads to increase pollution . Not heard one robust argument for this ‘get back to the office’ nonsense. Habib’s unhinged.
6
2019 saw a new sub class of sub prime MP's entering the House - this is one of them.
6
We can afford to protect Ukraine Finland and Sweden but not our own British workers…..odd state of affairs for our patriotic Brexit Britain Govt dontcha think?
6
That’s Tory privatisation in world beating Brexit Britain for you.
6
What’s all the fuss about. Lazy working class people need to learn to cook rather than have take aways. Tory Peoples Champion Lee Anderson said so and he manages to get by on just 81k plus 220k ‘expenses’. He’s a shining example to us all.
6
It’s what you voted for. The Brexitories are forcing the privatisation of dentistry and the new Health Care Act is yet another privatisation driven intervention.
6
Johnson's continued squatting at No 10 can only help the opposition, even with an electorate as thick as ours.
6
Priti Patel’s legislation has banned demonstrations in your country. It’s what you voted for and that’s how free we are.
5
Surprised she didn't start massaging him.....does she know what an interviewer is supposed to do?
5
Thatcher was adored or despised. I despised her . Union reform and deregulation are often cited as her principle achievements. 2008 meltdown, loss of employee rights for sacked P& O seamen and in work poverty are examples of how those achievements continue to manifest….she paved the way. Walking arm in arm with the Death Squad fascist was vomit inducing.
5
MP’s have been missing in action for months - ludicrous when we are facing a crisis of this magnitude.
5
But these cretins can???? How many tens of billions of other peoples money have they spaffed up the wall on track and trace and furlough payouts that weren’t subjected to basic due diligence checks?
5
Gosh, it sounds posh enough for Jacob Rees-Mogg, The Saviour of Stoke and Sunderland to be there - with Sixtus, Wulfric, Wentworth , Anselm and Theodore-Alphege in tow.......and of course Nanny. In fact it may even be posh enough for Carrie 'I simply can't have John Lewis furniture in the apartment' Johnson......provided she can take the additional 4 servants she requires from Chequers. That's a Govt that represent the ordinary working people that is.
5
Not often I agree with Peter H, but he’s absolutely right on this issue. Privatisation was supposed to showcase ‘private sector efficiency’ and relieve tax payers of any burden. Reality sees the highest fares in Europe, train franchise monopolies being rescued by the public sector and continued tax payer subsidisation. Trains are an important part of transport infrastructure and should never have been privatised.
5
Oh it's windy......that's what's causing the problems! Guffaw! Rippon how can you have sunk so low.......
5
Tine to root out the fifth columnists. Why don’t you interview Aaron Banks and Farage? Where’s the Met Report Johnson? You’re incapable of leadership and we need that more than ever right now.
5
You’ve got to hope Mogg gets the boot given now far out of his depth he is.
4
Nothing against Her Majesty - unlike these hypocritical ‘journalists’ - she just got on with it. But the level of hysteria is simply absurd - saw that ridiculous Hamilton woman crying the other day as if she was best mates.Good for the cameras though.
4
Not like Brexit then?
4
Do Brexits understand what’s actually happening? The vast numbers of Non EU immigrants Patel is admitting into the UK? Do they understand the extent to which they’ve been lied to, because, yes, Brexit propaganda is still relevant to learning lessons? Is it the multi cultural enrichment they desire?
4
Sunak’s just trotting out the same old vacuous slogans that Johnson used to. His pact with Braverman has destroyed what little credibility he had and completely undermined his integrity accountability and professionalism bullsh@t.
4
@elliotgregory3356 IN that case legal immigration is your problem - Non EU immigration at record levels thanks to Patel.
4
You're supposed to be bored by it dear........that's the point of dragging it out. People get sick of hearing about and it needs is a couple of 'let's move on's from client 'journalists' and away we go. It's not complex. Disgusting betrayal of ordinary people by the most corrupt govt in history.
4
What a prize prat. He’s obviously not content with being the most unaccountable dishonest spineless PM in living memory.
4
On Monday I changed jobs and got a 35% pay rise like Rachel Maclean said Tuesday I hunted squirrel in the park, fricassee’d it and picked some fresh nettles as a side - like Lee Anderson said . Wednesday I discovered this shop called Lidl and got some cheaper own brand food like Kipper Eustice said. Top notch Establishment Tory Govt this.
4
Amusing that Putin's chum is now highlighting concerns about his hero. Did we ever get to the bottom of Aaron Banks relationship with Putin? Farage told us Putin wouldn't invade, so we should listen to him.And of course the cost of living crisis has been exacerbated by Farage's Brexit - it's set to cost us twice as much as Covid - so well done Nigel!
4
Yes Nigel is always right…..if you’re completely detached from reality or just plain dishonest. Putin’s chum told us there was no way he’s invade the Ukraine….the next day he did just that! Farage promised our fishermen post Brexit nirvana - didn’t quite pan out that way did it? He told us the days of cheap foreign labour replacing British workers wouldn’t happen post Brexit…..tel that to the P&O seamen! At least he was right about the invading hordes of Turks though, eh?
4
Oh Lordy…..God help us if this clown gets anywhere near No 10
4
Remember when Ronnie couldn’t be arsed to tell Madge about the invasion of Grenada…..GOP has always treated Britain like it’s poodle…..
4
Love Berky - he called out the hypocritical tory tossers - isn't the 'interviewer' the prat who filibustered the vote on carers from parking free at hospitals - what a lovely caring One Nation Spiv.
4
Hoey's one of the clowns who created this problem. The Brexiteers were warned and just sneered shouting 'Project Fear'. Rees-Mogg made a number of potty statements as you'd expect, but how someone who takes pride in not having a computer in his office can confidently tell us that technology would solve the Irish border issue is beyond.
4
This presenter is beyond ignorant. Some people will saying anything for the right money
4
Wow genius 'expert' insight. The presenter's another has been - his judgement is appalling but that's a good fit here.
3
Simplistic- but that's the Little England electorate.
3
@keithrose6931 Keith, you make a great point - you obviously ruminated over that for some time.
3
It's amazing that MP's can take so much time off without Rees-Mogg making a pronouncement to get back to work when the country is facing the cost of living crisis. Canny and Truss.....never thought I'd hear those two words in same sentence......silly little Tommy had to be corrected again. Truss (or rather the cabal of Think Tanks) is seeking permission to go unilateral on NI believing that appeasing the US is the only substantial obstacle.
3
It's about the people......being conned. Simple.
