Dorries was oblivious to the fact that C4 was not tax payer funded - which was presumably going to be her reason to privatise it! That's right, The Minister for Culture did not understand the basics within her remit but then she thought she had 400,000 civil servants working for her!! It's a disgrace that someone so stupid holds high office.
