  1. The Tories have engineered a situation where reliance upon the private sector has become necessary. The privateers charge higher prices and cream off the high volume non complex work! Still at least we have 40 new hospitals thanks to Boris Johnson.

  3. Lot of bo@@ox being spewed on this thread. Yes Tory Lites are a thing. Yes, they’re not doing enough to differentiate themselves from the Tories. It’s because they’re frightened of the Right Wing Establishment Media Machine and dare not defy Emperor Murdoch. Patient satisfaction at an all time high when Labour left office …..you know the rest.
