  1. Brexit allowed dangerous lobbies and their stooges to secure power in Parliament. The dark money funded Institute of Economic Affairs and Cummings, are examples - wedded as they are to extreme ideology. Truss and Kwarteng are owned by the IEA which is refusing to implement a windfall tax - the most obvious decent and fair thing to do. Instead 'low tax' Truss has implemented a massive universal dysfunctional cartel tax, upon us all, to subsidise the corporate energy bandits, and is claiming to have 'solved' the crisis!! The tax is deferred but will last decades. Meanwhile the EU is protecting it's citizens.
