  1. I apologise unreservedly for not accepting responsibility by resigning. I will carry on claiming that I did not understand that I was at an alleged party for which The Met fined me and I will cynically use Ukraine to divert and deflect. In short Mr Speaker I disrespectfully request that this House ignores common standards of honesty and decency and endorses the ongoing farce that is my depraved tenure as PM.
