  1. I would never trivialise mental health issues so I try not to be cynical. Tory MP David Warburton’s ‘dandruff snorting’ episode was probably my limit. Not a luvvie but an elected representative supposedly involved in making laws and upholding standards. And he’s hardly alone in Westminster is he? Far more egregious in my view.

But the hysteria being generated is absurdly disproportionate.The vendetta against the BBC may be part of that hyperbolic media frenzy but a huge fuss was made about Scofield as well. Our elected representatives, yunnow the ones charged with law making and setting standards are playing a prominent role in this circus and yet this is the most corrupt debauched dishonest Govt in living memory, isn’t it?
