  1. Seems a smidge incongruous…..perhaps when India has reduced it’s levels of poverty, the scale of it’s slums and those crazy overcrowded trains…. Then, maybe start wasting gazillions on whacky projects?

Yeah, I get it, The West is hardly in a position to moralise based on the actions of it's Govts but I criticise ours vehemently for embracing inequality.
