  3. @ You’re ignoring the point I made about farmers claims - Brexit has direct relevance as the associated behaviours undermine those claims- cast aside your punishment fetish. Two Tier Kier is starting to dismantle the Two Tiered politics of privilege which are driving up land prices. Fundamental issue that. Supermarkets will argue their profit margins are too low to allow fairer payments to farmers. That needs looking at too.

That the tax loophole exists means by definition that a 2 tier system exists. Again not an opinion. Strategically, making land investment less attractive is the sensible way forward.
