Arcades, food court, weird stores like uh. Spencer's. Yet Spencer's or the gimmicky things they sell can be found online. I can tell you why malls are failing. Rent. The prices are outrageous. It is ridiculous how much someone has to pay each month. They think, yeah we will get more traffic, but that isn't the case. Not when you can search online for whatever you want. If they knocked down prices people would go. Open up a super market, a butcher, bakery, and things people have to buy daily. They will go for a one stop shop.
