@LeviHildebrandYT Yesh there are different types of honey due to this. Citrus blossim honey for instance carriers citrus like notes. I did buy some yet my taste buds are trash so I can't taste it sadly. Yet others say yeah it is good. Honey is like the supplement market it seems TBH. A lot of false advertisement so you absolutely have to be careful I hear to stay away from different brands due to the fact they themselves have been sold by their sources regular honey as something else. Some shady bee keepers are a thing!

Honestly if we can make something similar for cheaper? Why not. I am sick of people thinking all natural or orgsnic is inherently better. In the case of honey it is though hah, but just saying this mentality that man-made is the root of all evil needs to stop. It isn't a big deal if someone gets artifical honey. I do wonder on the medical effects though. That is where my only issue would lay. People buying "honey", thinking they will get the insane benefits natural honey has. Like someone else said. We have 8 billion to feed. Sadly bees are dying, and there will never be enough honestly.

@terrymoreland6446 Nice! Isn't most honey just clover honey and is red clover different from others? Need to try an other type that is super different that I can taste. I'm not a damn connoisseur. I use to think lemons and limes tasted the same! With my liver and kidneys at end stage shot to hell I can't taste much to begin with now. Blue or black berry honey will be my next attempt! Love blue berries but when they aren't fully ripe and still tart. Again sweetness is something I either hate or just don't taste well now. (Looking at you Asian food. )
