While I personally beleive life is just extremely hard to get started, let alone turn into a thriving intelligent species? These people here have too much time. Neither have proven anything. We have explored nothing of the universe. Our communications have basically not even gotten past our yard. What I feel like we should be focusing on is trying to have different slurries mimiciking exo planet conditions. See if we can get complex molecules sort of like how we've successfully created pre-RNA. I am not yet convinced Earth conditons are required for intelligence. I think life is perfect for us, because we evolved to it.
