  1. You are not wrong on investment. Yet remember there are a lot of people across the world who have too much money to spend, across the world, and are not wise with their money. It being so under developed isn't helping. Looks apocalyptic. I wouldn't trust the government to keep up on keeping the land stable either. I seen too many stories on artifical islands slowly dissapearing.
