  1. ​ @niina83 Fermented fish. Not specifically fish sauce. First known fish sauce is Greek in around the 4th or 3rd century BCE. Pretty cool none the less. Fermented fish is still an important export from certain norweigan countries. Climate is perfect for it. Like Stockfish. Screw thar fermented shark. Any food that is illegal to consume in public is a no for me.
