  1. Why do you fools always bring up NATO? I'm so sick of this petty excuse. Putin wanted to bring back the glory of Russia as a powerful nation who could stand against the West and supplant it. He did it for his legacy . NATO was fine being at peace. It was declining in power. No one in their right mind would invade Russia who has nuclear weapons. No one wanted any part of Russia. You know why Ukraine wanted to join NATO? Because it was afraid Russia would invade anyway. And guess what they did even when they had a Ukranian puppet? Invade in 2014. That gave them their warm water port. Yet they weren't happy. Ukraine wasn't. Yet NATO still ignored it and wanted PEACE. They wanted cheap Russian resources and were fine with the situation. So Ukraine said they wanted to join. Because everyone close to Russia knew the Russian government would want more and more! And viola... We have war. There wasn't a single sign that NATO would invade Russia anywhere. We can't govern the world based on delusions. There was simply no justification for Russia to invade, and that is why 90% of the world's countries disagree
