  1. Glue doesn't last, and it splinters. I had that happen when I was young, and didn't listen. Also pretty sure I seen someone soak a cutting board in a commerical washer a few time. Like just man. Thing was wet. Was like five pounds heavier. I am sure if hit someone with it, A) You're knocking someone out. ; ) With a wet thunk. Don't know what the kid was thinking. Cleanse the wood he said. Ya know, from bacteria deep and fungus. Kid was 21, clean off drugs which was rare, but god was he stupid. So my Chef just shook his head, yelled only for 5 seconds which was rare. Board surely must've been over 150$. It was for meatboards and display!
