  1. Remember when the IMF, World Bank, and other western finances forgave a ton of loans due to Bono in the 2,000s? Yeah. I do. Chinas loans are ripe for even more corruption with higher interest rates. They are much more predatory, and China will loan to anyone in power. Even terrible dictators. You know what I would love a video on how any country helping Brazil inevitably fails, due to how stupid and corrupt the leaders, and thereby the people are. You guys are in debt to your own... Incompetence. You can nicen up garbage all you want, but it will always still be trash.
