I can't always blame some people. She isn't the first or last on either side. I can't fault everyone for not taking the moral high ground and hanging themselves. I think if one goes out of their way and fully back them is a different story but some are dragged into it and see no way out. Act the part or die. Especially if they have leverage against your family or friends somehow. Like they said she was smart enough to have some leverage herself. Both sides did questionable shit during the war. War is ugly as hell and not everyone is a shining knight. She wasn't a sworn soldier or politician. She was a fashion mogul FFS. Don't care for her or her clothes. Don't undersrand luxury brands TBH. Paying for names and not necessarily quality is beyond me. I don't care who makes it as long as it isn't a sweat shop. Bob from next door is cool enough for me!. I would drop 1,000$ for good footwear that lasts for a life time - not drop 4k more for a name or design if that makes sense.

I don't mind longer videos. I do mind filler though. I've also noticed I really appreciate good editing like our pal here. Clear consice information without treating us like children. If I fucking have to listen to how a battery works just to see how X breakthrough will change everything I will lose my mind. It will be four minutes of that, three minutes of the actual breakthrough, and two on why it isn't ready for commerical use.

Lots of stories of people embracing the moment and literally having nothing to show for it because they either blew their success and they were afraid to evolve with the times. So you're right nothing lasts forever. Use the success you have today as a foundation for a better tommorow, and never quit or rest on your laurels.

Well yeah if you're selling lattes! Fun fact. I was looking up how much water it costs to make an EV. For a 64 kwh battery one source said it was real low. Like 400 liters of brine. Well. That equates to half a pair of jeans or 30 cups of coffee. Something like 250 grams of beef. If that source is correct then that is crazy. Sometimes I forget how much water it costs to grow some things or make others. The fashion industry is one that really needs to be looked at, and rarely gets the criticism it deserves. Other estimates were like 40 thousand gallons of sea water.

I read that good scientists think Pepsi is sweeter and what makes it win in taste tests. Me? I feel like they taste the same. It's been a while since I've had both though and I'm getting better at detecting subtle differences. (Use to think lime was just stronger than lemon but same taste). Anyway I can only drink most sodas when eating a dinner type food or chips. Sort of like cleansing my pallette I guess I don't know but I have to be thirsty with no options available. Milk for breakfast foods. Soda for lunch and dinner foods. Juice in-between.

I don't feel bad. Some people don't have time to meet the regular way. At least you know if someone's DTF or your type. Most people just use it for the former. But yeah why pay when there are free ones.

Sadly lots of medical things as well. Nova Source is something I have to have and there aren't any alternatives that are similar. Pretty sure they make Nepro as well. . What sucks is some companies are owned by Nestlé but really have nothing to do with the companies buisness practices from what I understand. All in all governments need to start hammering down on companies like Nestlé. They aren't the only shady AF company that outright ruins fresh water and such. Then the EPA an Army core of engineers have to come in and pick up their shit just to get it nearly acceptable. I am not against bottled water but think it should be heavily taxed and something needs to be done with water rights.

Nestle is one I can get out from under. They legit should be tried for war crimes. God's knows what I've used on a basis not at home by medically. They own a drink called Nova Source which is pretty much irreplaceable to me. Taste great but more importantly is calorie dense with fat and protein. I have hepatorenal syndrome and so I am limited severely by liquids since I cannot create urine... Even when I could I still should've limited my liquid due to ascites. Anyway it is 470 calories in 8 oz, and isn't too harsh or thick to drink. It's truly amazing stuff for me. Just wish Nestle wouldn't get profit from it. Also remember a lot of large brands do not actually run each of their brands the same. Meaning Frito Lay may own a company and receive profits but the people who specifically are involved or create your product aren't always treated badly. So yeah it is an issue. This is why we need more laws especially for things like Nestle who hire mercenaries and straight up destroy countries. Capitalism maybe the best option but shit like that needs to get stomped and people need to be severely punished - not just a damn fine. You knowingly destroy lives? Well taste your own medicine.
