  1. I am confused as it is running out of water, and they limited how many ships go through it. So it obviously can run out of water. If it is only 75k then that makes little sense? Maybe they figure they can squeeze more overall if they fake water shortages. Makes little sense. I wonder if there is a way to make some electricity from the moving water or ships from somewhere on the locks.
