  1. Most of the time it is about cost I've noticed. Or they are in the process of scaling up. Yet it is good to be skeptical. There are some technologies that he is basically free advertisement for some con artists. Him and Undecided with Matt Farrel or whatever really do fall hard for those deceiving assets. I won't hold my breath. I do hope I'm wrong though about my skepticism. This is NASA afterall.
