  51. @IsaacKuo     Oh I assumed it already had a camera the operator saw through. What MCLOS system you guys talking about? Blowpipe? Pretty sure there has been a few MCLOS systems over the past century. Yeah that is ridiculous trying to hit a god damn plane with controlling a missile with a third person perspective. Sims are aweeome. If I were command I'd have all plane/vehicle crews in em as much as possible in the most realistic sims I could buy. Sims, and realistic video games are amazing for training. Each day those crews who perform the best get 50$ Applebees gift cards. That will surely motivate the average American soldier. Anyway yeah I thought MCLOS was camera operated. This reminds me when I was like 11 in late 90s, maybe a bit older. I wanted an RC Helicopter. We go to this nice Hobby/Model/toy store where the owner asked my mom what we needed. We told him a helicopter. He asked my mom how much she made, which is odd. She was honest, and he basically told me not to get the 500$ helicopter, but 200$ plane since I would surely break the helicopter on the first day. (He said everyone does) Of course within 10 years toy helicopters were like 20$, and flew themselves. Anyway what a dumb idea. It is so hard to judge aircrafts movements in the sky sometimes, especially if there is nothing to help differentiate the distances or heading. My friend and I saw a UFO. If it didn't go from hovering in place for 5 minutes to taking off like a bullet with zero acceleration, and Gs no human piloted aircraft could survive. I would have guessed it being a helicopter. (Later found out by others we probably saw what is called the Tr3-B.)
