  1. Don't even gotta get that small to feel it. I have double organ failure, and dropped below 70 pounds in 2022. I definitely get colder way way easier than I use to. Now I'm 100 pounds and constantly wearing 3 layers of clothes when I head out in 50 degree weather. When I look around at my dialysis clinic. Much more of the skinnier people need blankets, and complain about the cold. Now a part of that is due to the fact a half a liter of blood getting taken out for circulation so the machine works is a bigger factor for a smaller person. Yet overall larger people just handle the tempature better.
