  1. I think it is stupid we put in RnD, plus salary of soldiers. Those soldiers are enlisted anyway, and getting paid to do it regardless of whether the plane is flying or not. Is this not true? We don't do that with rifles do we? Like oh yeah we spent a million on testing this new Rifle. So add in 200$ right there per rifle. Oh add the salaries of the quarter masters, their tools, the trucks for the bullets, and all those in logistics. Don't forget the cargo ships, and the fees for the canals! Should be at least like 3 separate budget groups when the media states things. Like if there is a base already set up, and is permament. Do not include the costs of new equipment if it is there.
