Thought the Dutch have the machines to make the wafers. Then ASLM has the lithography and techniques right? While companies in America design the chips and send them to TSCM. I'm glad the US government is working on catching up. I also wonder what other links in the process a state of the art computer parts take in the manifactering. I also wonder what other electronic/instruments the military relies on that simply cannot be created without a solid base. like creating radar and electronic warfare. This is why I foresee cheap, easy to manufacter, drones being the future.

@DUKE_of_RAMBLE aren't both AMD and Intel expanding massively in the US on top with FABs while locking in some newer machines from ASLM PLUS TSCM? It is why China is so angry. I wonder what are the majior companies who make the parts and tools that those two juggernauts use. I am a layman and only recently had these companies brought to my attention and it's interesting. No one ever thinks about the physical aspects of chip manufacturing but only software. I can't find any easy digestible reads on the ground up on how logic gates can make a video game. Trying to learn on architecture and the therotical possibilities of that.

CIA does it too. You can't track everything 100%. Especially when price is a premium. Now they should investigate any leaks and help federal investigators. @z_actual There's tons of different systems. We use GPS interchangeably but it's been upgraded by Lockheed Martin. I guess GLONASS does have better accuracy due to more ground stations. That's what some articles say so who knows I sure don't. Interestingly the newer NAVATAR IIF will be much better and can work using other constellations. Wonder how hard it is to jam a satellite.
