  1. You guys who think TSMC is an American company are just wrong. It is a Taiwanese company. That is basically owned by their government. The FABs built here in America are a generation behind. It would set us back if Taiwan was destroyed. The Taiwanese government knows how important keeping the most high tech FABs on their island is. They will never give it up, because it is a huge part of their nation defense strategy.
