  1. I believe most Ukrainians left Crimea 8 years ago. Then Russia started shipping in Russians. So most people there are in fact Russian. So I don't think Ukraine will ever get it back unless Russia has a Civil War. Or they somehow take it back over and do the same thing - basically force any Russian civilians to leave or stay. Either way out of all the provinces? Crimeria is by far the trickiest one of them all if you factor in what those who live there think. Thats what a Ukrainian Crimerian told me anyway.
